Return Policy

At PrintPro360, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As most of our products are customized, we follow a fair and transparent return policy:

1. Customized & Personalized Products

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom-printed items, we do not accept returns unless the product is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect (does not match the approved design or order specifications)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

2. Standard (Non-Customized) Products

For non-customized products, you may return them within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. In the case of replacement requests, we will reprint and resend your item promptly.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for customized items. After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
